Why take the Restricted PAL Course?
I think I only want the Non Restricted PAL. Why should I also take the Restricted Course?
The Restricted status on your PAL is good for life so it makes sense to take it right after your Non Restricted course, while you’re at it.
Yes, you can take the Restricted Course later. It just means applying for your PAL with references all over again as if it was the first time. If you do it this way you’ll also have to pay the licence application fee again.
Essentially taking both courses streamlines the application process.
